Description of Service

OnlineImageKit provides free, browser-based image processing tools including resizing, cropping, rotation, format conversion, and color picking.

Client-Side Processing: All image processing occurs entirely within your web browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Process images containing illegal content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the service

• Use automated systems to access the service excessively

• Interfere with or disrupt the service

Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics for usage analysis and may use Google AdSense for advertising. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Our service is hosted on shared hosting infrastructure which may collect server logs including IP addresses and access times.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OnlineImageKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
